SpringHill Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport

Love the fact it is close to highway and airport. Get in, get out, no one gets hurt. The bathroom are very spacious and contemporary/modern, making the bathroom feel new like you are the first to use it. The rest of the furniture looked modern and business-like. Walls are a bit thin as I was able to hear the sound of children next door very clearly. Overall still good.

I'm always very nervous when it comes to trying new places and when I looked into reviews and pictures I felt confident enough to try it.. From our arrival to our departure we have not one complaint. We were greeted by a sweet lady, the bartender was very kind and polite. He had helped us to get the fire started out on the patio and when it wasn't working he had a manager come out and assist. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the lobby was beautiful. The only little complaint could be the pool, it was pretty cloudy but we still enjoyed it. Definitely will return..

Planned on going to Niagara Falls so stayed here as the commute wasn’t to bad and the price was good. We wanted to stay in a quiet area but still close enough to Niagara. The king suite is spacious. Hotel was clean. Good breakfast. Easy check in process. Didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but looked clean. Nice lobby to socialize. This hotel is near many restaurants and really close to the highway making commuting easy

This is a very nice, modern hotel with very generous-sized rooms. We interacted with several staff members and without exception they were all friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast is good, with a variety of baked goods, cereal, make-your-own waffles, eggs, and sausage. They provide coffee, hot chocolate, and a variety of teas 24 hours a day. The location is convenient: close to the airport and also a wide variety of stores and restaurants. There's a Cracker Barrel next door that's literally just a 5 minute walk away.

Unfortunately, despite all the positives I can't give the hotel a perfect score because the pool wasn't open for most of our stay. With two young kids, the pool was one of our main criteria for choosing this hotel so it was very disappointing that no mention was made on Marriott's site when I booked, nor did the manager attempt to reach out to registered guests to notify us about the unplanned maintenance. Worse, the only compensation offered for not having this important amenity was a small pack of gummy bears. When a hotel charges $150/night I expect better.
