Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

Clean, modern and cozy with good staff and good amenities. Very good location next to the thruway and multiple stores and restaurants. About 8 min from the airport. Rooms are small but very comfortable. The i90 highway noise is a bit loud but nothing to complain about. Highly recommended. Once again, Hilton owned properties are meeting and exceeding all expectations.

This is a newer hotel with a newer more modern style. We stayed in a room with a king bed. I did not find the bed comfortable at all. It was over firm. The size of the room was a bit small but adequate. We were only there one night, so no biggie. The floor in the room was not carpeted, which we liked. However you could see where all dirt & stuff that wasn’t swept prior.
The bathroom is visually appealing but simple things like having a place to put towels near the shower were missing. When you got out of the shower, water dripped off the bottom of the shower door pretty bad, no matter how you positioned the floor towel. After two people showering there was quite a water mess.
They put us in a room right next to the breakfast & entrance area. It was convenient but noisy.
The breakfast area was nice & spacious. There were a lot of food options to choose from.
The staff was very present & helpful. Over all we’d stay again.

What a great place. Cool modern hotel. Staff was friendly. The best thing about this place was the bed. The bed had some magical properties where it basically did not let you leave. Just laying on it would induce sleep and you were held captive. It would make you lose consciousness and loss of muscle motor function and you will succumb to a nap. Beds and pillows were THAT comfy. I would stay again.

We had a great stay! Staff, rooms and overall service was fantastic! They truly go above and beyond in the wheelchair ADA room. Thank all the staff again for making this a great stay.

Loved this stay, small room but well laid out. Staff was excellent. Breakfast area had some different choices than the usual, it was very busy so we went out for breakfast.
