Salvatores Grand Hotel

Last night was the first time having a meal at this location. The High 5 specials along with the $12 dinner specials offered a nice variety to choose from. Everything was delicious & decent portion sizes to enable you to try a bit of everything. Our waiter//server, Chris, was excellent, very friendly, but professional! A lovely, reasonably priced evening with good friends.

This place is top notch. Beautiful, family owned hotel. The owner is there and still Inspects every item that comes in for Russell's, the on-site upscale restaurant. Very concerned about quality and you can see the attention to detail throughout the whole hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Bar was very cool and it is all affordable. You can get the package that includes dinner AND breakfast. They were both excellent. You also get a buy one get one free drink coupon. We will be coming back and won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit the falls.

The food was very good. Our server Gary was top notch. The room and the hot tub was very nice. Our experience was wonderful until check out! The front desk agent was very rude to me and needs better people skills. I would have given this establishment a 5 star so I gave it a 4 star because of the front desk agent!

We were looking forward to our stay in the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable. The park honoring our vets and first responders was great. Breakfast was very good (except for the blueberry pancakes, they had a strange taste.)

I rarely, if ever give a place 5 stars but this definitely deserves it. You are treated well from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. The rooms are amazing, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is well worth the visit. If you get the chance to stay or just visit for dinner, do so! You won't regret it!
