Initially this rating was going to be a 1. I went through hell, they took my car and showed me a car in the evening ... when I saw it in the light there were dents and significant damage. We agreed to some fixes and I would be on my way. When the car was taken to the shop and returned to me (I wish I could show you pics) it was a disaster and one of their financial managers wanted to pull out of the deal completely. So I said sure. After crying and sever migraines my sons stepped in (Serves in the Armed Forces) they showed up. It was crazy. Mark a new rep. took over my unique case, placed me in a rental, fixed the outside of the car and detailed it like it was brand new. He is a new MG and if they ever needed one it was now because he saved the day and the deal. He brought a level of customer service that was desperately needed. I give Mark 5 STARS ⭐️

No hassle. Dave G was great. Got the car we wanted from another location. Brought the car right to our home for test drive. Took care of all the paperwork quickly. Fair price. As buying from a dealership goes was a pleasant experience. I will likely return for next vehicle.

Being a new resident in the Western New York area and with the differences from state to state in purchasing a vehicle, it can be a little nerving. However, that was not my experience with West Her on Transit Road. I cannot express the Wonderful service I received from Josh Lilly and Jimmy. Jimmy (Finance Manager), is the Greatest. He made sure I received the best financing possible and was very transparent on the way the financial structure of being approved worked. Which provided me with total confidence, that I would receive an excellent deal; which I Did!!! ????. Josh! My Sales Manager, Josh is the Best!!! Josh is like taking your best friend car shopping with you, who understands everything about Customer Service and purchasing a car. Josh made sure I was totally confident and comfortable with the car buying process and also with the vehicle I purchased. The attention he provides his customers is truly commendable!!! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and you don’t visit West Her on Transit and ask for Josh Lilly, you will being doing yourself a Great Disservice! Armand was a great help in finding our new family SUV! He really worked hard to get us what we needed. The only issue was financing because of the nature of the business. We were able to get what we wanted at the top of our budget, but there was not much wiggle room with them. If they didn’t find the SUV we ended up getting, we would have ended up walking away without a vehicle. Luckily Armand was determined to get us a quality family vehicle within our price range and found our new vehicle.
