“Rooms were nice, American staff were excellent! House keeping not so much.. woke up to relentless knocking at the door... it was 830.. Pool area closed at 9... guess was good thing... sign on door said 10 dollars a person to use... breakfast buffet consists of Luke warm bacon, eggs sausage , cereal and waffles you cook... not worth the 12 bucks.... But view was nice..”

“I would recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a romantic getaway! My husband and I just came back from a 4 day trip there, and definitely plan on going back in the future! The place is amazing, absolutely breathtaking and beautiful views! And the owners, Alan and Michael, are by far the most welcoming, inviting b&b owners that we have ever met! And Levi & Ezra were a pleasant furry addition!”

“The furniture in the room was clean. However most of the outlets in the room didn't give off enough power to use my phone charger. I'm sure it's the fact that my charger can charge multiple devices. I used the outlet that the refrigerator was plugged into and it gave enough juice. The walls were dirty except for thr one beautiful blue wall that was freshly painted. The complimentary soap dried out my skin something fierce. I could tell that the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a while. The sheets and blankets were soft and smelled good. However the mattress covers were worn and torn in many places. I loved the huge refrigerator that came with the room. It fit a whole pizza box! We stayed on a Friday night and it cost us $120. Now if you like the nostalgic rooms of the Supernatural TV series, this is the place to go. Minus the crazy decoration decor, it's spot on. The room was cozy for the night and I overall enjoyed my stay. I forgot to take pictures.”

“Quiet, neighborhood establishment. Noticed they were busy with deliveries so they must be popular”

“I’m staying in this hotel for a month or two and I’ll tell you the first night here I cried because I have a family of 5 and 3 pets but as soon as you get settled it’s okay. The small room contains a microwave 2 dressers a mini fridge and an empty closet. The bathroom is a fair size it has a toilet and a stand up shower. My main problem with the bathroom is that there is a window with no shades. The workers are mostly Indian witch it makes it hard to understand them at times but they are really kind. The hotel is very close to Walmart and samsclub bath and body works etc. Basically what I’m saying is if you wanna a cozy cheap place to stay come here. Ps- if you need another bed go to the front office and ask.”

“Nice but pricey. Lots of units to choose from at different levels. Known several people who have lived here, very convenient to everything including Thruway.”

“Old fashioned but clean. Right out of the fifties. Very good prices. Not for snobs or people who must have new and shiny. Super nice owner. Lent me an electric kettle for my tea. Not "the world's cheapest toilet paper" like some pricier chains give you! ”

“Let me start by saying when you plan to stay this close to Niagara Falls you know you’re gonna be paying a premium. This place is expensive. I paid over $100 for one night in a full hookup spot for my RV. That being said this is a beautiful campgroind. It’s extremely clean. Everything looks brand new. There are several playgrounds. Lakes for fishing. A zip line. Paintball. A great little convenient store. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s only about 15 minutes from all the tourist spots at Niagara Falls. Is it worth what it costs? You be the judge of that. But it is a very nice campground.”

“Stayed here while on vacation to see Niagara Falls with my family. Would gladly stay again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had one with 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. It was a really good sized room. We used the pool too, very clean and just the right size for my kids to enjoy. Only a short drive to Niagara Falls too and much cheaper than the hotels right by the falls. Plus we enjoyed several of the great restaurants along 324 in Grand Island.”
