“Real nice convenient location, and the staff was both helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed, and might be a bigger problem if you come during a busy time of day, is the staffing level. It would seem as if they operate on a bare bones staff. If time is short in your schedule, I would suggest making an appointment Vs walking in. During our visit, a walk-in on a Friday at 2:45pm, the wait time was about 25 mins. Overall if you make an appointment, this is a convenient neighborhood lab.”

“I am lucky to have found Dr. Jillian Marks at the Blasdell location on a referral from a friend who also was referred to Dr. Marks from a referral! She is amazing, smart, kind, and takes her time with you. I take my mother there and she has been doing exceptionally well since having Dr. Marks as her provider. My two friends whom also see Jillian are doing much better mentally and physically too. I just made my own appointment to get started with Dr. Marks. I'm looking forward to it!! And Jillian if you are reading this please know that word gets around. The health center used to be thought of as a last resort where care was not so great, until you came around. NHC is lucky to have someone like you on staff. The other upsides are a nice clean atmosphere, and friendly front desk staff! Now come on Hamburg, go make your appointments with Jillian!! ????”
