(March 20, 2019, 12:12 pm)I went yesterday and a gentleman waited on me. My phone would not work and he gave me wrong info as to why it wasn't making phone calls and after he fixed it gave me wrong info as to what I should do from then on. This info was also incorrect. The day after, I had the same problem so I took it back. A young lady waited on me and in 2 seconds she knew what was wrong with it and fixed it. She was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and took her time explaining every thing to me. I wish I got her name so she could be recognized by Verizon. This is why I gave Verizon 5 stars instead of 1 from visit the day before.
