My wife and I were looking to lease a new RAM, my lease on the 2017 RAM was getting close on mileage. We were directed to Barry in sales, and I'm glad we were! He put together a great deal on a 2019 Ram WarlockWe actually had a choice in color, which we didn't have previously. He worked very hard to make things work. We went from a 10,000 MI/ yr to 15,000 MI/ yr lease which fit my driving habit better, he said "why pay for a vehicle only to let it set because the mileage is close to going over". It was one of the most positive experiences we've had on a vehicle purchase! Thank you for staying late to accommodate us Barry!

We first went looking for a vehicle in our price range. Come to find out that what we were looking for, was not realistic. Between all the sites we checked and several dealerships, it was an eye opener on how the world is today.. We has searched several Caravans.. By the time we were able to double back to check them out.. they had been sold.. The ones we were able to see had too many miles already.. And the condition/ warranties.. were making us nervous about the Sooner than later repairs.. Our Host for the day at West Herr Dodge, waS Jason.. He worked us through the details of the yeahs and neighs.. of our selections.. Only to excuse ourselves, to chat on changing over to a new van.. Never pressured.. But well guided through this transition of choice. WE .. had the caravan in mind. And never changed our decision.. The service team for sales.. Gave us complete and enjoyable services.. After all, we had spent the better part of the day there. I will recommend this Dealership.. and I am a proud new owner of a White ,Black trim and interior.. 2019 Dodge Caravan .. loaded with so much.. I haven't even begun to play.. My Jeep just lost all gears I was stuck without a car Mike in service worked me in even though they were extremely booked. It was fixed and back to me with in 48 hrs! At a reasonable price. He was upfront and made me feel comfortable with the repair as well as provided me a list of what needs to be serviced soon. Customer for life !!! Thanks Mike and the West Herr team !!
