Phenomenal experience at this dealership! This was my first time buying a car and Mike Monzyk was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He is kind, thoughtful, and went the extra mile for me multiple times! So appreciated his willingness to answer questions and his humor throughout the experience, while still remaining professional! But at the end of the day we found a car and a plan that worked for me and my family. I feel we got a really great deal and staff was super friendly. Would recommend buying from West Herr.

Firstly I had no intention on buying a car today. I was just shopping around comparing options today. I had the pleasure of having Scott assist me.
