“Great flower shop! Was having difficulties with a different local flower shop after ordering online (which apparently I wasn't supposed to do? Why have an online shop if they don't receive the order?) . So I gave this flower shop a call since I couldn't find what I was looking for on their online website. Not only were they able to process my personalized short notice request, but they did it so happily with great customer service. Did they have everything I wanted on hand? No, but that wasn't their fault I called on short notice, and they were happy to make suggestions at what flowers to replace with the ones that weren't available. I used them for my Mother's Day flowers, and now again for graduation flowers. They even sent a text to my Step-Mother a few days before to inform her that flowers would be showing up so she wouldn't miss the delivery, how thoughtful! They gave me great instructions on how to care for the graduation flowers as well so they don't die before the dance.”

“This location worked perfectly for my pick-up. We had 18 items delivered and they helped us bring them to our car. Delivery only took 8 business days. I see most people complaining about the hours but the hours are listed when you make the order. Having to live within the 10am to 3pm time frame is much better then paying an additional $100 in shipping IMO. Would use this service again!”

“My wife and I put all new flooring throughout our house in Mount Pearl in 2015. We purchased all flooring through Hardwood Depot and had them install it. Upstairs we had Hickory hardwood installed throughout, except the bathroom and front entry way where we put tile instead. In the basement we had a C5 rating laminate wood flooring installed throughout with tile placed in the bathroom. We were then and still are very pleased with the service and are extremely pleased with how Paul and Hardwood Depot have dealt with us. Even when challenges or problems did arise (which nearly always do when dealing with renovations and construction), Paul was very good at working through them and ensuring that we were happy. The hardwood flooring installers were exceptionally good and the men who laid our tile did their job well.
