“I don’t understand how anyone could rate this place poorly. I assume people expected a Ritz Carlton which is just insane. We spent 3 nights at a two bedroom three full bathroom bungalow and I will forever miss the views from our deck! The cottage was very rustic which only added to the charm! It had everything we could wish for. Beds were large and comfortable. Pillows piled up one on top of another also worked a charm. Bedrooms had air conditioning. Water pressure in the showers was great. Kitchenette had everything you need to cook a proper meal. The pool was large and clean with lots of lounges. The sunsets were spectacular! The entire grounds were something out of a movie set!!! I am so happy we got to stay here!!”

“Looking for a spot for dinner and Mexican food sounded good. Really happy we decided to stop in... And especially enjoyed the small sharing platter ($36). Tasty combinations and a good selection for the two of us. Our two favorites were the bean and guacamole taco and the chicken flautas. Sweet place, excellent service, great food and beautiful view.”

Besides, they give great advise on where to go and what to see. Even though it was our first time staying with them they made us feel at home straight away. Definitely would recommend staying here!”

“I absolutely love this place. They make amazing beer and cider in multiple varieties and their prices are more the reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by in the summer on a Thursday evening when they have the pizza oven going. Their pizza is thin crust and lovingly crafted to perfection. I have been going here since I discovered them last summer and will continue to do so.”

In a world where destructive forces say everything old must go, how about we just sit back and see what's real. The view from your own private little deck. Amazing! Second to none. The ambience, the cleanliness, the thoughtful way a kettle, coffee and tea are provided just for your convenience. Beds and pillows that rival any resort in the nation, that's what luxury is about. Not the fact that the fixtures might take you back a few decades. It's about all the hanging flower baskets that adorn the covered veranda that connects unit upon unit. It's about sitting outside in the rain, knowing everything is going to be okay. That's what Hedley house is about. It's not about getting rid of things, just because they're old, it's about living with the beauty of what was and being sustainable. Clean, comfortable and beautiful. That's what I see at this wonderful motel. Thank you for setting the example of perfection.”
