Online inventories can be incorrect and it only showed a quantity of two in stock so I called in advance to ensure they were physically available in the store.The sales associate who answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful to track down the physical parts in the store for me and put them aside for me to come pick up later. When I did pick them up later that day, a bike mechanic was able to answer further questions such that I was comfortable with my purchase.”

“Awesome place to get quality vinyl, highly recommended. My only complaint is the first time I visited the guy working was clearly not caring at all about what was going on in the store, he was studying a novel (highlighting sentences) and didn't really own it, if you know what I mean. I should add, the second time I visited the long haired bearded fine fellow who helped me was very engaging , commented on my Steely Dan purchase with positive enthusiasm! Overall awesome store in Bedford.”
