“We trusted Fine Edge with a MAJOR top to bottom renovation on our new (to us) house. They were timely, communicated often, and consulted us when needed. We trusted them to make key decisions for us (including some design decisions). They also often provide us options for consideration, but didn't overwhelm us with choice. The entire team were courteous, considerate and professional. We would hire them again in a second and would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a home renovation. Example below of a small snapshot of the extensive changes completed. Renovations included: Exterior: siding, roof, deck, stairs, railing, walkway, driveway, grading/drainage Interior: Insulation, kitchen, baths, plumping, electrical updates, in-floor heating, walk-in closet, built-ins, moldings, paint, etc. All renovations also included supervision of all other trades and third party service providers (this was a huge deal for us).”

My only complaint is the first time I visited the guy working was clearly not caring at all about what was going on in the store, he was studying a novel (highlighting sentences) and didn't really own it, if you know what I mean. I should add, the second time I visited the long haired bearded fine fellow who helped me was very engaging , commented on my Steely Dan purchase with positive enthusiasm! “I would highly recommend hiring All-Craft for a home renovation project. We recently renovated our main bathroom. A complete gut was the best approach in our 60 year old bungalow. Like most houses of this era, the bathroom was very small. The demolition also included taking over part of a hallway to make the washroom slightly bigger. We approached All-Craft with very clear direction and they executed the project with perfection in mind. They even went above and beyond at times to make sure we got the best renovation possible. All the bathroom walls are now covered with 12” x 24” tiles. All-Craft has Schluter certified staff meaning they had the required knowledge and training for this type of tile project. Schluter trim reduced the requirement for caulking to a bare minimum. The modern, minimalist approach to the bathroom design required precision alignments which the All-Craft team could execute. We have done many renovations to our house including roof/window replacements and a house extension/kitchen renovation. This bathroom renovation was definitely our most complex project due to all the detailed specifications in such a small space. All-Craft was definitely the right company to hire for this type of project.”

“This business talks about being in the pool business for many years. But they haven't. These are new owners that don't seem to know much about anything. They have a huge selection which is nice. But when you are not educated about the products and techniques how can you help your customers? And I do like the products they sell. We have a hot tub and a pool. And we've received terrible advise for the chemicals on both. We were buying aquafinesse from them but they didn't know how to fix our water. Then another young person advised us to put a heavy shock into our skimmer when we are running a salt pool. So it hurt the cell. Would you trust these people to install your pool? I do not think it should be legal for a business to use a previous owners reputation. This business needs to develop their own but it is a shaky start so far.”
