“I am not a very big fan of Value Village, and I have hardly shopped there since I found a pair of brand new Old Navy jeans there with the original sale tags still on them at 97 cents, and value village was trying to charge $14.99!! I brought it right up to the cash and I said "if you guys are gonna rip people off, at least take the tags off first" and I didn't buy a single thing from there for like 2 years. With that being said, I have seen some very reasonably priced items there much more recently, like a $5 nightstand, and like a $15 mirror, or $12 curtains. But man, that whole jeans thing really put me off for a while.”
