“Our Hot water tank was leaking. We were dealing with another company at the time and were getting the runaround so we contacted Paul Evans for a "second opinion". Not only was he happy to help but he went above and beyond. The first company wanted over $3000 (never did give us an exact price) but Paul informed us the tank was still covered under warranty and we only paid the install. Our new tank was installed within days of contacting him and he saved us over $2500.00 due to his vast knowledge of the equipment and warranties. Would highly recommend this company. “I am not a very big fan of Value Village, and I have hardly shopped there since I found a pair of brand new Old Navy jeans there with the original sale tags still on them at 97 cents, and value village was trying to charge $14.99!! I brought it right up to the cash and I said "if you guys are gonna rip people off, at least take the tags off first" and I didn't buy a single thing from there for like 2 years. With that being said, I have seen some very reasonably priced items there much more recently, like a $5 nightstand, and like a $15 mirror, or $12 curtains. But man, that whole jeans thing really put me off for a while.”
