Disappointed to drive all the way here to find out the store is closed for today. Another sign on the property stated the retail store is closed due to staff shortage.

Update: new signage will definitely help. Sorry we did not see the closed sign while driving in, only on the way out. You can update Google with store info to state it's closed. As most people will find you on google maps like I did to plan our trip prior to coming to NS

Great products and some really nice people there. Code didn't work online for curbside pickup discount and they gave it to me anyways.

We love Galloping Cows' Pepper Spreads! Wild Blueberry is our favorite but each flavor is delicious. We spread it on crackers and then place a slice of brie or other cheeses on top. Highly recommend trying Galloping Cows products!

This is a must stop on your Cape Breton tour. It is a rural family run business that makes gourmet jams, spreads and pizza. The blueberry, orange and red pepper spreads are absolutely delicious. They have even been in the Oscars’ gift bags! The showroom, kitchen, shipping and receiving are in a small building beside the house. On one of our trips we were not going to make 5 PM closing so we called ahead to see where we could purchase in Antigonish. Joanne opened up for us after supper. Very friendly and helpful. We have also ordered from Ontario and delivery is very reasonable!

Out there in basically a house. The jams are made in the adjoining room to the showroom. Interesting flavors and pretty good quality.
