We at Tried & True Builders take pride in our work and our interaction with customers. The person who posted this review does not use their real name and used incorrect facts about their concerns. We are not the project leaders and there are many other trades working on this building. Most of what's been posted was not in our control. Here are the facts, 1. We have never started work before 7am as per the bylaw and our company rules. 2. The building this person was living in was not built by us. We have no influence on the quality of work they described. 3. We have a very good safety record and we try to abide by all provincial and site safety requirements. 4. There are 70+ tenants that do not have any issues on how this site is being managed. I'm using my real name and am the director of the company.
