“The staff at Mister Printer are super friendly and attentive! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile! Customer service hasn’t vanished from this quaint little shop nestled in the heart of downtown Kentville. The process for ordering, receiving, and the turnaround was seamless. I am a first time customer. I simply placed a phone call and asked what the procedure was to have some documents printed for pick up. All I had to do was email my documents and pick them up. I was not forced to pay in advance. That may be the practice for larger projects, however; mine was quite small. I paid for my order upon picking it up at the shop. Not only did I get what I wanted, but I received better quality than what I requested for the same dollar amount! I was printing paper copies of labels to return product to a vendor. I received easy to affix labels instead. This is forward thinking and I was thrilled to receive a much better product than expected. Thank you Doug! I will bring any future printing needs to Mister Printer. Staples can keep their over-priced, tricky website with prepaid ordering! And thank you for the cute pink and blue notepads. “We have been driving Ford for last 3 vehicles, starting with the Ford Fusion in 2010, a wonderful car. We moved to the Escape Titanium in 2015 and loved that SUV and replaced it a year ago with a 2020 Escape Titanium which we have leased for 4 yrs. We couldn't be happier. The ride is so smooth and I don't even notice a difference when we change to snow tires. The safety features are wonderful and I think should be mandatory for all vehicles regardless of the make. Safety first! Ford has definitely stayed abreast of current technology. Service is easy to book, fast and friendly. All our Fords have been purchased from Valley Ford and we are always happy with their professionalism and fair deal they have to offer.”
