“Bought a brand new 2019 Ford f 150 sport from Chadd and Don at Brant County Ford and have been absolutely thrilled with their service and the truck! Quick story: I had a factory bug deflector installed and unfortunately due to a defect it did not stay secured. It lifted and started whistling! I took it back and they reimbursed me for the bug deflector and offered to have it replaced or to give the truck a complementary cleaning to remove any residue that remained! These guys are amazing and the atmosphere is so welcoming and family friendly! Definitely recommend paying Chadd a visit. Thank you Brant County Ford for making me feel so well taken care of!”
