“My experiences for the last year at Centreline have been extremely positive. Jackie and Ellen listen, work with me and add to and adjust my exercises as my conditions have changed. I get constant encouragement and corrections to make sure I am getting the most of all of my exercises. I get useful, practical advice related to my condition that I can use every day. My last vacation involved hiking and Ellen worked with me on getting and how to properly use trekking poles. My hiking turned out to be an amazing vacation of things I thought I’d never be able to do and resulted in an active, pain free vacation. The physiotherapy treatments combined with my at home work have been very effective. Christina and Tara’s positive greeting every time I walk helps with the friendly, professional atmosphere. “We visited Essential Physiotherapy for birthing classes while we were pregnant and pelvic floor physiotherapy before and after and I cannot say enough about the care we received. The birthing class was exactly what we needed to get on the same page before we gave birth to our daughter -- my husband was such a good coach because of what Sherri taught him in class. Sherri totally had my back after giving birth and helped me heal my separated abs and got me on the road to strengthening my pelvic floor post birth. If you're ignoring your pelvic floor after having a baby -- see Sherri, instead of peeing your pants your whole life. ;)”

“Five stars isn’t enough! I came to the clinic for therapy after 2 knee replacement surgeries and was very impressed. Right from Day 1, the staff made me feel welcome and were super friendly. A big shout out to Jay for his patience (I was a bit of a wuss!) during my initial assessment. Another big shout out to Brad. With the treatments I received from him, I was soon on the road to recovery. After about 10 months, I “graduated” and continue to feel fantastic. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking physiotherapy treatments.”

“I injured my ankle on March 11 and was off work for a week in an air cast. My doctor recommended physio therapy and I came to South coast physio plus. I’m glad I chose this clinic! The staff are so helpful and friendly. After only 3 sessions over 2 weeks I’m back in a shoe and I was able to return to work with some limitations an so much more movement and an extreme decrease in my pain level. “Just came back from a 55 minute massage with Julie. My body was really tense because I'm a hairdresser and also an avid roller skater. Julie applied just the right of amount of pressure; not to cause too much pain but to get through the knots that I had. I typically don't ask for a lot of pressure but today's massage was much-needed... Julie did such an amazing job! I love the staff at Kneaded Care! Next month...a hot stone massage with Michelle...can't wait! The last one put me into a coma ????.”
