“We started our bathroom reno experience 5 months ago and learn alot. They have one installer Jordon that l would recommend he is very knowledgeable and very meticulous with his work. Although we had problems in the beginning with our shower which was not started with Jordon he did fix the initial leak. Over all we love our bathroom but l think had Jordon started this reno we would not have had the problems with our shower.. And a thank you to Tony the owner as he keeps on top of any problems.”

“Friendly customer service, easy to get hold of (called at 11:30 pm on a weekend and spoke to an actual real life human), knowledgeable and professional technicians, quick service. We've used this company to install our AC and thermostat (both installs went off without an issue). Most recently, our furnace, which was not installed by them, went out in the middle of the worst cold snap this year (-26°C). A technician was out to our place within 3 hours of my call (which was great, since the furnace company that installed the furnace 3 years prior was telling me at least 24 hours for service). The issue was fixed quickly. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.”

“We were looking at new houses to buy in the area when my sister in law Sharon had to Pee so bad. No available washroom in the presentation centre so we walked in the neighbourhood and spotted the plaza. Sharon suggested we go to the convenience store and I hesitated because usually store clerks don’t just allow non-customers to use their facilities. We asked him and I was surprised because the gentleman in the cash said yes right away. I was touched because he really was a good person.
