“I joined Howe fit June 2020 during the pandemic. I’ve been doing the online classes available and they’re fantastic 👍 very easy to follow, lots of variety and always a great workout. It’s a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. There’s something for everyone, at every level. Amy is very good at giving modifications in all the classes for beginners 👍 these online workouts have been a great encouragement during the pandemic and it’s motivated me to keep going👍 I highly recommend Howe fit. I have many friends that have joined recently and are loving the programs as well 👍👍”
