“I had my dream car (an island blue Mini Countryman All4) for less than 4 months when someone backed into it. I was devastated. I had body work done on my previous vehicle and had a very poor experience.. the paint didn't match perfectly and it bubbled and chipped. Everyone I dealt with was so kind and professional. Gary is very knowledgeable and advocated for me when I had some issues with my insurance company, which I appreciated SO much. They are Mini certified which assured me the extra warranty I purchased wouldn't be compromised. They even changed my light bulbs to a whiter light simply because they thought it would be better over time with all the highway driving I do.
