“Dr. Smith was great, he did nothing wrong. With the other staff, it felt like I was judged for my concerns and not listened to. I was given a topical skin medicine that caused my face to itch, burn, and swell (not their fault i had a reaction) but when I called to tell them about this and asked to come back and see the doctor about it, the girl on the phone said “you can just use it twice a week instead of daily”. As if she hadn’t even been listening to what I just described to her. I was left disappointed in my experience here ?”

“Really enjoy Dr. Satz and my daughters both respond well to her but it is impossible to get a hold of the office. One day I called 5-6 times before I go through. I’m not sure why this happens but it feels as if no one answers the phone. What’s any use of a good doctor if you cannot get a hold of them to book an appointment.”
