“The new playground is bright and colourful. There were a couple of items that seemed to have a wider entrance type door to allow wheel chairs to drive in or up to the toys for the child to play. Most parks have the wide swing with the over the shoulder strap. This park has more than one. The pool here is beautiful as well and a huge parking lot.”

“Dr. Smith was great, he did nothing wrong. With the other staff, it felt like I was judged for my concerns and not listened to. I was given a topical skin medicine that caused my face to itch, burn, and swell (not their fault i had a reaction) but when I called to tell them about this and asked to come back and see the doctor about it, the girl on the phone said “you can just use it twice a week instead of daily”. As if she hadn’t even been listening to what I just described to her. I was left disappointed in my experience here ?”

I understand where a lot of people are coming from with being angry about the hours. but I was told they don’t always accept people due to the amount of patients they have, they’re trying to get it changed online I guess. The doctors are amazing and I feel comfortable talking with them. The two receptionists are so polite when answering the phone. The pharmacy was also quick and amazing!! Just amazing staff in general!!!!!”

“The best pharmacy. All of the staff there is friendly, so efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They learn their return patient's names and become familiar enough to offer personal advice and suggestions. It is the only pharmacy in the city I will go to. The hours aren't the same as the big chain stores, but trust me it's worth it.”

Dr. Prsa is very concerned about patient comfort and never pushes his patients past their comfort zone when they are in pain. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Prsa’s and so thankful for how they go out of their way to accommodate my husband’s blindness. He is never treated as second class, they address him directly instead of asking me questions about him, and they ask me how he’s doing when he’s not with me. They are all just very kind people.”
