(February 3, 2014, 11:09 pm)I can't say enough great things about Life Yoga. All of the instructors are amazing and there are a great variety of classes to choose from. Carly the owner, is always warm and welcoming. From the very first time I arrived at the studio, I felt a sense of belonging. The studio is very relaxing and I always leave with a calm and happy felling inside. Thank you, Life Yoga.

I take 2 sometime 3 classes per week and it makes me feel so good. The studio is warm and welcoming, so clean and well- Kept. The teachers are wonderful and flexible, ready to teach you and take the time with each of their student!
If your looking for the perfect place for YOGA in Kingston, this is the place!
(March 11, 2013, 8:38 pm)Life Yoga is an amazing yoga studio. Each yoga instructor is authentic, kind and embodies the practice that they teach. Each are strong teachers, with clear and articulate instruction, as well as mindful to different peoples abilities, offering modifications and thorough explanation of postures. All are generous in making sure you're in your greatest comfort with details like bringing you blankets and props, which each student feel special and cared for. The studio is very well- kept and clean and an all round giving and inspiring space, from the lending library of books and videos to the ambiance. Lastly, I have also found the other students that make up the Life Yoga community very kind and friendly. I look forward to the classes throughout my week and bettering my commitment to yoga philosophy on and off the mat. I look forward to seeing new faces!
(March 6, 2013, 5:28 pm)Life Yoga is now a regular part of my daily routine. Everyone is friendly and the studio is warm and inviting. After each session I feel relaxed and ready to face the day. We even manage to have fun outside of regular class hours and I consider my fellow yogis to be friends. Convenient location, tons of parking and the ability to store your mat on-site make it a great place to practice! Highly recommended.
