(September 30, 2018, 8:55 pm)Excellent crew! Courteous and caring from the morning telephone inquiry with Joe. We were at a Chevy dealer in Quebec City who couldn't handle the height of our RV on a Chevy chassis, although they had all specs and VIN and made the appointment days earlier. Arrived at Benson's at 6:30 PM (on road 7 hours) to meet Rick and "the guys." Welcoming, got us serviced quickly, and even allowed us to boondock in their lot rather than search accommodations that late. That's customer service! We'd be loyal return customers, but we're visiting from Florida. Thanks again!
