(July 13, 2018, 8:16 pm)Last year I had a problem with my VW Jetta and I couldn’t be more thankful Universal Garage was there to help! I was visiting friends in Kingston and headed home the day before Canada and everything was closed for two days. I needed to get my car fixed so I could make it home and not spend money on hotels for the weekend. When I called they said they didn’t think they would have time to help me before the weekend; but thankfully they offered to have me come in for them to check it out anyways. When I got there, they made me their priority since I was alone in the city and they wanted to make sure I got home safely. They had my car fixed in under two hours and sent me on my way. I would recommend this garage to anyone, especially those with VW’s. Thank you to the staff here for helping me in such short notice!!
