“On a business trip to Kingston I had a wonderfully prepared breakfast two days in a row at this location. Way better than what I had at my hotel. Everything was made to order, eggs cooked perfectly and the service was very quick. Food brought to my table by one of the friendliest servers I’ve had to pleasure of dealing with, a lady by the name of Brook. Second morning there, she actually remembered my name. Which was surprising and made me feel right at home. Thank you Brook, you made my day! Great A & W location, great food and wonderful service.”

“After COVID, our first family getaway was at the Kingston and Burning Grill totally made our family getaway just perfect! Porkbelly and beef intestine was so fresh and juicy. It was way better than what we usually had in Toronto. Their buckwheat cold noodle was refreshing, sweet and salty. We will surely visit this place again on our next visit!”

“I Buy myself and my sister Polar Pop's and sometimes even Junk food to Munch on during the movie nights and Gaming Nights and I buy myself Playstation Card's and I can say the Employees that work here don't see me as Money in their Sights they treat me as a fellow person They always say Hello and Have a good day or even Have a nice night sure time to time that the debit machine breaks odd times but it isn't their fault and I will shop here for my late night gaming nights for my munchies again”

“Went to this eatery because I read other reviews. I was not disappointed with the ambience. Cozy but still bit cold inside despite the ???? place being on. The waitress was friendly enough but some where between the ordering and the kitchen there was much confusion. The appetizer was completely forgotten, the spicy mayo that was requested to be in the side, came on the side after it was scraped off the bread, but still was affecting the taste. The brisket was one of the most disappointing sandwiches I ever had, I actually think it was wrong but I was too hungry to ask. They tried to make it right by giving us deserts on the house, but the dinner was very unsatisfactory. Won't go back. I am sure the service can be better, too bad.”
