Lovely place, wonderful caretakers, great for kids

We go here every year and the owner Mary is a great host.We love the place and there are lots of activities in and around the cottage.

Beautiful park. Very friendly people. Been staying there for years.

Cabins were a fair bit run down, trailers are unsightly and poorly kept (noticeable smell of mildew / mold). The hosts were friendly, however the owners were observed sitting around a campfire with a group who was smoking weed. Yes it’s legal, yes they have every right to, but I would have preferred it not done with children in the immediate vicinity.

Other reviewers mentioned a lot of “garbage” on-site. Wasn’t garbage necessarily, but a lot of scrap / junk which takes away from the natural beauty of the area.

Definitely better bang for your buck out there, though the park has a ton of potential if it were only better maintained. Enjoyed our stay but would not likely return.

This is an excellent place to go if you want rest and relaxation with breathtaking views. Don't let a couple of petty reviewers spoil the beauty of Cedar Lodge, especially when they're only doing it in some sort of "revenge" scheme. The owners are friendly, the place is clean and I would recommend everyone to stay here time and time again. Just look at all the bad reviews, they're time-stamped for roughly the same time. Doesn't that say something about the validity?
