“We contacted J R's Mobile on April 26th after returning from a RV holiday. There had been a power surge from campground we stayed at which blew something in our RV. They came over on the 28th mid afternoon.The problem was identified and thankfully the problem was not too extensive . The issue was right inside where the power cord enters the RV. The wires were fried and burnt!! We were very lucky that the RV didn't catch on fire! They worked on it for few hours, replacing the wire then ensuring that this was the only problem. They did a fantastic job! The price was reasonable! Leaving us Satisfied Customers!! I would highly recommend this co for any RV issues you might encounter. . Major point for this Company is they are a mobile Service, as taking a trailer is not always possible. Great Job!! Don & Char”

Brought my car in with some braking issues on Friday around noon, found the problem Monday morning, called with their assesment and an optional brake shoe clean/adjustment that I originally declined - yet they still did it for no extra cost! And it was ready to go that afternoon! Plus they have a 10% military discount, which was an added bonus. Though I only have the one experience with them, I definitely recommend to anyone in need of auto repair!”

“I was on a 2 month search for a super clean 2012 Toyota Rav4 V6...guess what...my dream car showed up at Lexus of Kingston as a trade in. One senior owner and dealer serviced with low KMs.! “Stopped in as we had just purchased an Atlas from Orillia, drove to Kingston and couldn't access our gas tank, flap was frozen. This team was amazing at this dealership, and did everything they could to ensure we where on the road shortly after. Unfortunately, the door to our tank did not survive but the service was great and we highly recommend if a VW is in your sights this is a great dealership to deal with, from sales, service and management.”
