“My mother was on the market for a vehicle. Having had some pretty horrible car buying experiences in the past, she (and I) are always a little apprehensive walking onto a lot. Especially when a sales person approaches almost immediately. Having no intention of purchasing and making it a 'research only' visit. At Drummond Auto they were up front, didn't pressure us at all, gave us useful information about every vehicle we test drove (and we drove quite a few) all while we reminded him multiple times that we had no intention of purchasing. Other sales associates at other dealerships would have pegged us as a waste of their time and walked away from us within the first 30 minutes. And what do you know, we ended up purchasing a beautiful Rogue at a great price. Having just purchased a car for myself a few months prior at another dealership, I'm kicking myself for not buying 'my' car from them.
