They showed up on time for the quote and the installation which isn't too common in this area, especially during hunting season. Customer service is superb and my emails were answered within 24 hours. Some of the other companies I tried to get in contact with up here either never showed up or took weeks to respond to inquiries. Highly recommended!
(November 20, 2020, 12:27 pm)As part of a top-to-bottom renovation of our 4 season cottage, Northern HVAC recommended and installed two Mitsubishi heating/cooling units for us. We were so pleased with the results and their professional service that we had them back to install our new modern (ie finicky) wood stove, and then the gas service from a new propane tank to a back up generator. Each time Northern HVAC was prompt and professional, and their workmanship was excellent. It was a pleasure working with them and I highly recommend them.
