“Excellent location. Great accommodations. Clean and well kept. No food service so I had to order out. Skip the dishes is my favorite go-to delivery service. My biggest complaint is that they had some rule that I couldn't have guests after a certain time. I felt I was back in my university dorm all over again. Not sure what that was all about.”

“EDIT MARCH 21 2017: I was contacted by head office to resolve and rectify the issues we've encountered with the staff at the New St office. The woman I spoke with was very courteous and was extremely compromising on work in together to fix the problem. I hope the rest of our lease will go as smoothly as my experience with head office. From day 1 living in the unit our experience with CLV has been abysmal. They've sprung hidden fees on us, have taken out rent 4 times in the course of TWO months resulting in NSF on my credit as well as my account being out money. Whenever I try to contact the office to figure out what the hell is going on, NO ONE contacts me and I have to start flushing everyone out via text and email to even get a response. Very seriously regretting signing a lease with this company..”

“Good customer service (other than them not being able to find our reservation when we had to go to an event) but the rooms were pretty run down. Smelled like smoke and dust even though I was in non-smoking. Half of the heating system doesn't work, not enough pillows. Fine for a night though.”

“I jsut moved into a CLV Group apartment in Burlington. The apartment was recently renovated and it is a great spot to live. Natalie from CLV was a big help in getting me settled into my new home and the customer service has been excellent. I had a small issue and Jason from CLV was here to fix it less then 24 hours before I had notified them of the issue.”

“A cozy motel on the edge of the Hammer. Booked it for an informal business meeting and it served the purpose very well: the room had light, space (a small table plus I brought my own), good wifi, fridge and microwave. It was clean and the staff was accommodating. We got a lot of work done in peace... only thing missing is the view of the city ;-)”
