I saw Rob for about 5, maybe 6 sessions in 2018. When I saw him I was going through an existential crisis and was unsure of what life was. I was also trapped in a pattern of people-pleasing and blindly following my emotions.
Rob helped me stabilize by teaching me some important concepts about how the mind works. He walked with me through the process of learning how to understand myself, and equipped me with tools to deal with my emotions as they come. He was a vital step in the long process of finding the clarity I needed to pursue my best life! Rob was one of the gusts of wind that started blowing away the fog that obscured my vision from the true nature of life.
