“HFA is a welcoming, fun atmosphere with amazing trainers and clients. The community they've built there is awesome. I did the Booty Boot Camp with Claire for 3 months and got amazing results. Claire kept me on track, taught me proper form for weight lifting, and helped me to integrate proper nutrition into my routine. She celebrated my gains with me and I felt that she was super invested in helping me to reach my goals. I lost 12+ inches all over my body and feel stronger and leaner. I recommend the Boot Camp whether someone is just starting their workout journey or needing to revamp what they are already doing- Claire is so knowledgable and supportive. Prepare to have your butt kicked by the workout though ;)”

Wentworth Dental Care is conveniently located in a plaza across from Lime Ridge Mall and you don't have to pay for parking, which is nice. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed.
