Approval Genie Hamilton

I recently met Aaron at Approval Genie- we knew about the company from a previous purchase in a different city but this was my first time working the the Upper James Location. Sometimes reviews seem scripted or exaggerated but I honestly cannot say enough about Aaron, his work ethic, his ability to get things done in a timely manner, his attentiveness to detail, and his passion to fight for his clients. As a mortgage broker and an entrepreneur myself, it is wonderful to find this drive in an individual. I am so happy with my vehicle, my experience and the entire Approval Genie team. I want to also mention Parth who really took the time to provide excellent customer service to me as well - thank you to all of you!! The peace of mind in knowing that you genuinely help clients from AAA credit to bruised credit means I will be back and I would happily refer friends, family and clients alike!

When our family vehicle was on its last legs a friend referred us to Sean. We were looking yo upgrade to a truck as we wanted to pull our trailer with ease. Sean went above and beyond to check everything off our list and when the truck we wanted to buy didnt have what we needed, he arranged to get it all done for us. Sean kept us up to date every step of the way through the whole process and explained everything to us. I would recommend to anyone in a heart beat! Thanks Sean and Approval Genie!!! We love our truck!!!

I did the application online being a little skeptical, I heard back from the application “ APPROVED” then I meet Daniel Shamroon, I drove to Hamilton thinking that they wouldn’t have a car for me that I can afford, but I was wrong, he got me into a 2018 vehicle from a 2010.
I’m very happy with the car I got, so don’t sit there and think about just go see Daniel. Thank you Daniel very much!!!

First and foremost the office was inviting and everyone in it, friendly. I find when you have low/bad credit a lot of car salesmen treat you less than or don’t really worry too much about making sure you’re leaving happy. This was NOT the case here. Shamroon was amazing! He was super helpful, and listened to everything I was looking for so attentively! I left with a 2020 vehicle and a huge smile! I’ll definitely be recommending my friends and family, it’s very hard to find an HONEST care salesman!

Shout out to Sean for offering great customer service and providing me with an amazing upgrade that was much needed. Sean walked me through every step and through every process and made sure I understood every detail before I signed the papers. Would highly recommend going to approval genie in Hamilton and asking for Sean to help with your new car needs.

With the credit, I have I didn’t think I could ever get a vehicle for me and my family,.... We are so thankful and pleased with the vehicle we got. It’s has made our hectic lives so much more organized and complete. I wanna send a shout out to everyone at Approval Genie and a special shout out to Shamroon who worked so very hard on getting the best suited vehicle just before the Holidays, I don’t how he pulled it off, but he’s God send.
