The reception area was extremely well managed to deal with the Covid concern. I felt safe and my vehicle was sanitized prior to the tech's performing the service as well as sanitized again prior to returning it.

The time estimate provided was accurate and the work completed successfully.

An estimate was provided for future work that likely will be needed at the next vehicle service.

I bought my '15 Focus ST here. Teddy and the sales staff were great. I get my car serviced here regularly as well. The ladies behind the desk are always polite and accommodating. Dan, Darren and everyone in the service department treat me and my car with the utmost respect. Can't recommend them enough if you're seeking a new/used car and/or service!

Ford was very well organized with all that’s going on with Covid. There was no confusion on where to go, what to do etc when dropping off car. They cleaned everything, and even gave face mask upon entering service dept.. Trust is important to me when dealing with a mechanic, and I feel I can trust Ford to be honest and legit when comes to my car. I always appreciate the follow up email I get from them to see if everything went well.
