He took the time to find out what we were looking for and explained all the differences in the options available. Dale found us the hot tub that worked best for us and never tried to "sell" us on something bigger or more expensive. I would 100% recommend Dale to anyone looking into a pool or hot tub. Great service.

Also, being first time pool owners we really appreciate the quick responses for the many questions we had! Would definitely recommend Pioneer Pools!

We had the pleasure of meeting Dale Craig who helped us finding our perfect pool for our family. When it came to installation pioneer pools were very professional. For first time pool owners Pioneer Pools were very helpful. Unfortunately our pool got damaged due to a neighbours house fire. Dale and his team were excellent helping us on replacing our pool in a very quick matter during their busy schedule. Dale and pioneer pools go above and beyond for their customers. Excellent service and I would highly recommend them.
(February 14, 2019, 7:32 pm)Was very impressed with Dale from Pioneer pools, he helped us out alot with the purchase of our first Hot tub. (which we love) Dale walked us through set up and how to use each chemical and was always updating us on the status of our delivery. Dale kept in contact once installed to make sure everything was going well and if we had any questions. I highly recommend Dale and pioneer pools
(January 9, 2019, 2:27 am)Chris from Pioneer Pools made the whole planning process feel effortless. He is very knowledgeable and was always there to answer every question we had. We were nervous as it’s a big investment and our first pool, but he walked us through every step of the way. The installation went exactly as scheduled, there were no delays. The crew did an amazing job and were very professional.
