There was a problem with my vape, i went there, there was a respectful lady, she fixed my vape and she didn't charge me. You're amazing guys.

I’ve always had a great experience coming here since it opened but then stopped vaping for a while. Went back in yesterday great to see you still have awesome staff who know their stuff!

I bought a couple vapes on January 4th and the group of people there were all so friendly and helpful. They even invited me to play games with them.

This is as good as customer service gets.
