They have always managed to get us in for immediately needed repairs and have more than once fixed a problem or diagnosed it at no cost to us. It is the only garage we go to now and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had been in the dealership while under previous owner and had never planned to return..it was horrible.
Stopped in recently and was so happy to be welcomed with open arms. My next Mazda will Definately be coming from Hamilton Mazda. And for anyone who has not been back there since previous owner should give it a try. They will not be disappointed.
A suggestion for you is to get the biggest sign available to let consumers know that it is under new ownership!

He was very knowledgeable and guided us through purchasing our first Mazda. Great team at upper james Mazda, would highly recommend anyone looking for a fuel efficient vehicle.
