She went above and beyond...I was having such a horrible day, she could see it on my face, she told me to keep my chin up and that we all have bad days but we have to keep moving forward and remember that things do get better! Not only did she take my order, she also made my day better by giving me advice. Her advice and smile warmed my heart. People like that are rare in the food industry. “I've been eating here for the past 30 years. Love their roast beef sandwiches. Sure, it's fast-food and not Deli experience, but the price is fair. The restaurant is always clean and tidy and the service never falters. Of all the fast food places, Arby's is my favorite. That's always been the case for me. What impressed me about this location (and prompted me to do a review on a fast food place) is the service here. I was in to order some dinner and an elderly couple (who were confused about the menu options) were having a hard time. The young lady working behind the counter was helpful and patient with them, even while some people who were clearly in their 30s were being impatient and making comments in line.”

“Recently tried this restaurant with my boyfriend. We split a ‘craft yours’ pizza and a ‘sweet pi.’ Both were very delicious. The selection of toppings is incredible and generally superior to any other restaurant in Hamilton that does custom pizza. The roasted garlic in particular was excellent and I highly recommend it. I’m looking forward to trying a salad next time as there were so many options to customize. The pizza crust was light and crispy. As someone with jaw problems who can’t eat dense bread products, I was very happy about this. The staff were excellent at answering any questions we had about the ordering process. Kind, courteous, and efficient. I worry that there won’t be sufficient seating if this restaurant gets popular, especially given its location at Lime Ridge Mall. But, at the end of the day, success is a good thing. Can’t wait to go back!”

“LOVE the food, but as others have noted, the customer service is pretty bad. The woman dishing up the food does not listen well. I order a Combo #2 with noodles and her response is ALWAYS "Rice or noodles?" She always sounds incredibly impatient when asking for my choices, as if I am delaying her unnecessarily, even when I am the only person at the counter, and makes me repeat them several times, yet she has no problem stopping in the middle of preparing my order to hold a conversation with her co-workers--as it is not in English, I'm not sure what it is about. I guess it could be something about the logistics of keeping the place operating smoothly, but as it happens nearly every time, and I'm beginning to wonder if they are snarking about the customers--and then turn back to me to ask still one more time which options I wanted, in a tone of voice that indicates I am inconveniencing her. In general, the attitude they give off is that as a customer I am an annoyance. Not taking credit cards is a bit of a nuisance too, and the person at the cash seems to take it as a personal insult when I decline the upsell to include a drink. Who knows, maybe I AM particularly annoying as a customer, but they seem to speak to everyone the same way, so I don't think they've just taken a dislike to me.”

“About 2 weeks ago I dropped by to grab a sandwich as I do. A young woman I didn't recognise was serving me. There were two sandwiches left of what I wanted; I said " Can I have the one on your left? It looks better". She rolled her eyes at me and shook her head slightly, like she was thinking 'what difference does it make, you fat old looser' lol. My feelings weren't as hurt as much as I was perplexed as to why this bothered her this much? If a person is buying something they should have the choice to pick what they want without judgement.
