The Sauna Shop Hamilton

We were interested in a sauna and contacted Stefan at The Sauna Shop in Hamilton to make some inquiries. The shop was closed due to COVID-19 (the early stage of the outbreak), but Stefan invited us to his residence where he had a display model on a trailer. We arrived, and found that Stefan had even lit a small fire in the stove to show how well the sauna heat up. He was able to answer all our questions and provide further insight into purchasing and owning a sauna. When I later inquired about an outdoor shower, Stefan advised that he had one set up in his back yard. He then proceeded to go out in the pouring rain and send me a video of the shower just so I could see exactly what it looked like and how it worked. We ended up purchasing a 13’ barrel sauna designed exactly how we wanted it. Stefan’s high level of customer service and knowledge of the products made the process seamless. The sauna was delivered to our house and installed in a day. We have had it for a week now and have used it almost every day. The barrel design is incredibly efficient. It takes less than 30 minutes to heat up and we sauna for a total of approximately 45 minutes without having to add more wood. If you’re interested in a sauna for you yard, I highly recommend The Sauna Shop in Hamilton ON. Stefan is very friendly, knowledgeable and will go that extra mile for his customers. I value customer service almost as much as the product itself and was very impressed with Stefan, The Sauna Shop and Dundalk Leisure Craft (the sauna manufacturer) in both aspects.

this is our second Sauna manufactured by Dundalk Leisure Craft and our first time working with the Sauna Shop and Stefan Ruff. Stefan was a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process with arranging installation times, coordinating an elctrician and making sure we were happy . I would highly recommend a Sauna to start with and buying from a Canadian Company like Dundalk Leisure Craft and the Sauna shop

Nice made in Canada Saunas. They knew the stuff and were very knowledgeable on products and health benefits. Liked especially the Panoramic Barrel Sauna with woodstove.
