“We were in Hamilton and had arranged a car rental from this location for noon but were unaware that this location closed at noon as were not told this on the phone. Not being from Hamilton we didn’t know our way around and got a little lost on our way there and didn’t arrive until 12:10-12:15. Luckily the staff was still there and let us in and they still allowed us to pick up our rental when they could’ve easily turned us away or been rude that we were late but the two staff that were still there were so friendly and kind and understanding and got us on our way. Very grateful for these two staff members and I would very much recommend and use this location again if ever back in Hamilton. Thank you very much to both of these kind individuals!”

“I've been very hesitant to rate or reply because in the past I have had nothing but positive experiences with Enterprise. However the person that checked me in -twice- was imo beyond useless and the reason I would hesitate to use this company again. Everyone else was nice, professional and helpful. My check in and rental was less than a one star but the car and the check out staff was 5 star which is why they got the mid rating. If you deal with Chris - ask for someone else. The 'please and thank you' said as one word, is not sincere in any way.”

“I consistently rent from this company for several reasons, 1 Price and dependability of vehicles. 2. Customer Service; Bryan and Darren are just awesome- working with my deadlines, finding me specifics. 3. Good selection of vehicles, so if its a truck, suv, or a sedan, they always have something I want and will shuffle to get what I need. I do rent for short and long terms, and I have increased the times I have rented from them, but my experience has always been the same 10 out of 10- whether I was a 1 time rental, or a 5 month rental.”

“Staff was on point, friendly knowledgeable on pickup. Unfortunately when I returned the car, it seemed they were understaffed because it took over 30 mins to give them the keys and get a receipt. The car I rented was clean, new and reasonably priced. All in all it was a good experience and I would have easily given them our stars had they been able to shave at least 10 minutes of my return time.”
