“It's nice spot to observe wildlife. There is a nice variety of habitats on this former farm and it is ideal for short hikes. The terrain has some small but significant slopes and the trail is mostly natural surface so wear appropriate footwear. Some sections can be slippery when wet. It's likely you will encounter mosquitoes and potentially ticks. Poison ivy is present in some spots. White pine plantations, eastern white cedar and mixed hardwoods (beech, maple ash, etc.) are punctuated by artifacts of the old farm, including building foundations, catalpa trees, old orchard and even the remains of a small dam. It's a great spot to see spring ephemerals (trilliums, blood root, hepatica), birds (native sparrows, nuthatches, wax wings and more).”

Indoor swimming pool w/ hot tub and sauna, to mini putt, full golf course, general store with ice cream parlor, library, rec hall with pool tables and dart boards, a man made lake with beach and fishing. That was a run on sentence, but only scratches the surface of what PL has to offer”

“We go every year for Halloween and usually camp there but a group rented the whole park and we where not able to camp. The owner was great and still let me bring the grandkids to trick or treat. I really appreciated him for letting us go. Please though do not give our campsite away next year. My grandkids are getting older and I will only have a few more years left with them.”

Went hunting there as well didn't get anything to late in season so I just enjoyed the wonders of nature it's great being outdoors at this time of year especially when mother nature doesn't make it to windy or cold but the trees where just out of this world with color”
