“Great campground! Our family rented 2 of the cabins last week and had a wonderful time. Nice amenities like washrooms & laundry, several playgrounds, the pools are warm & there are weekend activities for kids. We biked around & the overnight lots are a good size & in a treed area with lots of shade. We plan to return with our trailer some day. The cabins are cozy with A/C if needed & full bathrooms. The only thing I would improve is to add way more hooks & shelves in the cabins & maybe a dresser as our stuff had nowhere to go but the floor. Also, cabin #2 has a futon with a mattress so thin it hurts to sit on (you feel the bars on your tailbone clearly), I can't imagine sleeping on that. Also they need a wall of cedars blocking the dumpsters from the cabins to help with visuals & rare breezes from there. But other than those minor suggestions, we had a great time. Played on the big sand dune, biked around the beautiful campground & even hunted fossils in the crushed stone around the cabins! Enjoyed the weekend kids' activities. Awesome place, it's on my "will come again" list!”

“Great family camping experience. Beach is long (somewhat rocky). The sunset over Lake Huron on a clear night is amazing! Trails from many campsites lead through the unique sand dunes to the water. Canoe rental, a lovely visitor's centre, bike rentals and trails round out the park's offerings.”

“We camp here yearly for Canada Day and Thanksgiving. We rent the area by the pavilion, which is very accommodating for our large group. In the summer the pool is very refreshing and clean. The water is fun for the kids to canoe in. The trails are groomed and its a beautiful hike. Lots of activities to do at the campground.”

“Great spot. The seasonal campers there are very welcoming and well organized. The parks for the kids are nice and well maintained. The washrooms were clean as well so it made my stay very pleasant. Best part might just be the distance to Grand Bend. You are close enough to take advantage of the beach and everything Grand Bend has to offer, yet far enough away that you can relax away from the hustle bustle that little town also offers.”

“It was just a visit to inquire how to avail their services. Apparently it is a members-only family recreational place. So that was disheartening to know because it looks like really a fun place by what I observed through the flyers around the office. Although it is for members only, they give guests an opportunity to stay there and have a tour and from there they will create the package for the family according to their interests in activities... The membership according to the staff varies depending on the interest in activities of the member. The place looks like a small community enclosed with lots of fun.”

“I have two sisters in this park and after visiting them this weekend I see why they love it there! Everyone is extremely friendly. The park is very clean and there is something always on the go for kids and adults. You can tell it's family owned unlike some of the bigger parks. Considering purchasing a trailer if the right one comes up.”

“The overflow camping is actually the best spot in the whole place! Very easy to get lost, as all the roads are winding, but that id all part of the adventure of Warwick! Will definitely return.”

“Very nice people and owner, clean grounds and pool with slides and diving board. Good for families with little children. Big playground. Events happening all year long to bring everyone together and have some fun (raffle, bingo, games). Relaxing and quiet place for a family vacation. Would definitely recommend!”

“Beautiful Campground just a short walk from Ipper wash Beach. This will be our sixth year at the campground. Carolinian Forest has a really nice community of campers. We all enjoy the peace and quiet that goes along with this Campground. Almost every one of the campsites is surrounded by tall mature trees. Only a short drive to groceries or gas station. Ipperwash Beach Club restaurant is just down the road if you're looking for some good pub food.”

“Awesome park, well maintained with plenty of amenities and activities for the price. Public showers/washrooms are nice. My family as well as my extended family have owned permanent trailers (park models) here for years. We have many friends in the park as well. Our kids are growing up here in the summer with lots of things to keep them busy.”

“We had a huge campsite backing onto an inlet with a lovely view of St. Clair River. Full hook up's, no WiFi was the only issue. Other than that, it was great. We'll definitely go back.”

“Such a cute camp facility, lots of firework events year round, ice cream/pizza days, breakfasts, etc. The pool is heated and kept clean, just wish it was open all day but understand the need for breaks. The park climber is well updated, recent additions provide some shade but they need to put some sort of cover over the sandbox and some picnic tables. THERE NEEDS TO BE A GUARD RAIL PLACED ON THE MAIN ROAD above the "valley area". I flinch every time a kid is biking by with a car passing.”

“Nice clean campground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sites are large but not very secluded. Fine for a overnite or 2 day stay. One star off for to much chlorination in the water, taste gets into tea and food. Overall i would stay here again and I recommend this campground .”
