“5 Start luxury and service!! This is not your average B&B. The Seaway Manor is a charming old home steps from everything to see in Gananoque, ON. The grounds and the house are immaculately maintained. The rooms are clean bright and newly renovated which makes this home have a modern vibe and feel without losing the original charm of an 1888 manor house. Most important, is the comfort. The rooms are large with their own bathroom, high end hotel quality beds and the most comfortable linens. Usually I say its had to sleep in a strange bed away from home, but I had one of the best sleeps that I can remember Colin and Peter are amazing attentive hosts. Friendly charismatic and genuinely happy to have you visit as if you were an old friend or family member. I got to start my day with the most delicious, breakfast too! Everything is fresh made, the coffee is perfect and plentiful. Colin makes the most amazing scones, cookies and loafs. Breakfasts are hardy, and are thoughtfully prepared so that they are healthy and don't way you down for your adventures around town. I definitely recommend the Seaway Manor, if you are stopping for one night passing through or if you are staying to see Ontario's 1000 Islands and experiencing all the things to do in the area, Had a great weekend, and will be staying here again for sure! “The place is good. Big mosquitos fly outside of the small houses. I don't like them. But inside the bedroom, it has two beds and a bathroom . The bathroom is small and so as the bedroom. It has a refrigerator and a microwave and good service. I like it. They have free breakfast for overnight guests. And they are nice and astounding. I would recommend this to people to stay for the night as a guest. This is the hotel.”

“The staff were friendly , room was clean except we had loads of ants crawling around. They came immediately and offered us another room, we declined as it was late and the children were sleeping. After spraying we had no other incidents. Complementary breakfast had a wide choice of items.”

“Absolutely beautiful B &B. The rooms are very clean, our bed was comfortable and warm. Good air conditioning throughout and shower water temp was very good. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible and very well prepared. The owners go out of their way to provide a comfy and quiet place. The only two things to watch for, are that there are no televisions in the rooms, which allows you to relax, and that the room with the bathroom suite has no physical separation between the toilet and the rest of the room. I recommend staying here.”

“Arrived Friday June 22nd, Megan the manager met us at the door and offered to assist us with our luggage.As we approached the room we were both impressed with the historic flavour and decor of this place.A large, clean queen size bed with a breathtaking views of the marina and St. Lawrence river.The next morning, we had a choice of 4 items for breakfast with 3 different times, either to eat in a beautiful dining room or out on the large deck, and yes breakfast was outstanding(Megan you make the best ever blueberry muffins).My wife and I look forward to a return trip again sometime this year or just to drop by and say hello.Megan,we both wish you and your family all the best at Waterside historic inn and again we look forward returning to another quiet visit soon!
