“I honestly can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, the food is delicious, fresh and healthy, and the place is clean and organized. Every time I go to Build a Bowl, I am greeted warmly and professionally. I have been going consistently, at least once a week, since they first opened and everyone on the staff team now recognizes me and knows my order. I definitely feel welcomed and appreciated here. “I take my 1.5yo daughter out often to eat but this was an especially amazing experience! Kimia was warm to her and so kind and responsive to us. I had a migraine and needed to take some medicine so Kimia got me a cold water before we had even been seated. The staff were attentive, the food was great! My dad often orders drive through for us on nights it is too late to cook. I got a minute to talk to the manager and he seemed super sweet and happy to hear we had such a lovely visit. We will be back for sure!”

“I couldn't ask for more in service and quality of food! Atmosphere is best and tidy and seats are comfy. They greet you cheerfully upon entry. I tried the beef and cheddar brisket and it was easily the best sub I've ever tried! My partner had the turkey bacon ranch and the meat portions were plenty for both of us! For the quality and price these guys have easily become my go-to restaurant for subs!”
