“My partner and I were dreading our move as we were going from London to a cottage just northeast of Kingston. We had initially sought a quote from a well-known mover whom we had used some 30 years before but their price was exorbitant. So, we shopped around and found True North Movers consistently on "best of..." lists, usually first. Getting a quote was straightforward and simple, the estimate was substantially less than what we had been provided, there was a minimal deposit, and a date was set. The movers arrived on time, were very efficient, professional and courteous. We felt reassured that the move wouldn't be as traumatic as we had imagined soon after they started packing the truck. They arrived on time the next morning as planned to deliver our items and negotiated ably some of the unique and challenging features of our location. Again, everything was done quickly and smoothly, with only one minor casualty which is remarkable considering we were moving an entire household. Even more surprising was the price which was within pennies of what we had been quoted; there were no surprises, no unexpected extras slipped into the bill! I wouldn't consider any other mover -- True North Movers was phenomenal!”

We needed someone with experience, credibility, reputable and always available. He guided us, came to our home sometimes till 10pm and would not leave until we understood everything. He saved us $$ by telling us about Gov’t Grants and even emailed city hall for us, he truly had our backs. On top of that, his price point was lower then all contractors.
