Dr. Patel is a good vet. He is knowledgeable and takes lots of time to explain everything, showing diagrams when appropriate. He even carefully explains all details of the invoice before sending you to the front to pay.
I found the vet techs courteous and friendly. The prices are reasonable too.
I took my cat here to be declawed (share your hate elsewhere please) and was scared when I got a call from the office shortly after dropping him off. There had been complications with his breathing after the anaesthetic was given, and rather than proceed, Dr. Patel stopped the surgery to ensure my cat's safety was first. I brought my kitty home safe and sound and fully intact.
